- so, i wanted to go on a diet "to look slammin" in my wedding dress... so yesterday, my coworker and i signed up for B*allys... we went for the first time tongiht for an hour... we did some bikes, some gazelles, walked around the indoor track. I liked it, I felt like it was moer than i have ever done to stay away from being lazy and well, drinking some beers... we took it easy, so we would actually go back.. which i think i am doing on thursday, then saturday... I think this could work! I am excited! YAY! The issues from yesterday were kinda resolved.. dont really want to talk about it... I am tryign to quit.... been drinking tons of water, startign to exercise.. this could work.. or i could have My alter egos.. my work out, eat healthyu drink water GIRL or drink beer, eat wings, drink beer GIRL.. now wouldnt that counteract one another? Heheh anywhoo it doesnt matter, as long as i have results. i figure i would be drinking beer and going out anyways, so with this workout its one thing that will benefit me even more than well, than NOTHING did before... i gotta shower.. work is busy as hell.. i worked for 12 1/2 hours, actually longer..... this time will brush on by.. OHHHH I had the best weekend.. it was FUN! I will write about it tomorrow.. well, maybe.... we are going out for dinner and drinsk with my college buddy... HOLLA! |
